I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a master’s in Counseling Psychology from Lewis University. I offer adult and adolescent individual, group, and couples counseling. I have experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings: Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Community Counseling.
I specialize in treating Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and individuals dealing with trauma. Within my work experience, I have gained extensive knowledge in eating disorders and substance abuse. I specialize in bereavement/grief therapy as I am able to provide hope, understanding, and compassion during a difficult time.

I strive to establish a supportive, trusting and collaborative relationship with individuals to assist them in acquiring the skills needed to reach their goals and live healthier lives.
