Her style of therapy is warm, engaging, straightforward, and practical. Her goal is to provide a safe, warm, nurturing environment for clients so they can open up and explore their issues in confidence.
Kristen has an eclectic model of treatment in which she utilizes a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic theory.
Kristen believes it to be an honor to listen to people’s life stories and to help them find their sense of freedom and wholeness as she works with them through their life’s struggles.
