Lizzie Roberts is a Counseling Associate providing individual, couples, family, and group sessions for clients ranging from ages 5 to 65+. She specializes in grief and loss, self-esteem and self-worth, and navigating divorce and relationship challenges. Lizzie also supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions, creating a safe space for exploration and healing at every stage of life.
Currently in the final semester of her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, Lizzie brings a wealth of knowledge from her academic training and over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients explore their emotions, uncover relational patterns, and build meaningful change.
Lizzie’s work is informed by a psychodynamic perspective, emphasizing the importance of understanding the root causes of behaviors and relationship dynamics. Her warm, authentic approach helps clients feel comfortable and supported as they gain insight into themselves and their experiences.
Outside of her professional role, Lizzie enjoys cooking as a creative outlet, staying active through running and weightlifting, and tackling Sudoku puzzles in her downtime.
