Saadia is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, family and couples counseling. She has experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings: Outpatient, Inpatient, and Community Counseling.

Saadia believes that everyone has a unique story and life and her goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment for clients in which they begin to work towards experiencing cohesiveness and personal growth. She is a compassionate and empathetic therapist and like clients to move towards empowerment and cohesiveness. As a therapist, Saadia is mindful of others’ needs, unique multicultural related issues, and spirituality.

Saadia’s therapeutic orientation is eclectic and she provides counseling from various theoretical orientations: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic and Person-Centered.

Saadia can accept clients with the following insurance plans: BCBS PPO, Aetna, Optum, & UBH/United Heatlhcare. Saadia can also accept all self-pay clients.
