Zachary is Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, receiving his Masters in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. He specializes in working with mood disorders (Depression and Anxiety), relationship issues, grief and loss, family conflict, anger management, self esteem and worth, sexuality and gender identity issues. Zachary is comfortable working with adults, adolescents, and members of the LGBTIQ community.

In his approach to therapy Zachary seeks to create a comfortable and collaborative environment that promote the best growth for this clients. He utilizes a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Systems and Client Centered Approaches. He strongly believes at meeting a client where they are at in life and to create an environment where the client feels comfortable to be their ideal self. Zachary believes that therapy is at it’s best when the therapist and client are working together to move forward and progress, utilizing whatever tools and techniques necessary to promote positive growth and development.

Zachary can accept clients with the following insurance plans: BCBS PPO & Optum/UBH. Zachary can also accept all self-pay clients.
