Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup milk* any kind (almond, coconut, regular dairy milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 splash maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 large peach cut into small chunks

Instructions

  1. In your jar, or in a mixing bowl, combine everything from the rolled oats to the maple syrup. Stir to combine. If not already in a jar, transfer to a jar and top with the peaches. Place lid on and refrigerate overnight, or at least for a few hours.
  2. When ready to eat, give everything a good mix and enjoy!
