Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup milk* any kind (almond, coconut, regular dairy milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 1 splash maple syrup optional
- 1/2 large peach cut into small chunks

In your jar, or in a mixing bowl, combine everything from the rolled oats to the maple syrup. Stir to combine. If not already in a jar, transfer to a jar and top with the peaches. Place lid on and refrigerate overnight, or at least for a few hours.
