If you have a child or teenager age 6 through 18, Meghan will use her enthusiasm, compassion and humor to help them feel understood, grow and thrive. She is skilled at helping her clients work through their fears of therapy, and loves to show them that therapy can be fun. She is currently obtaining her Master’s Degree at Lakeland University, and brings a warm, fun energy to the therapeutic relationship.
She can help those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-worth, stress management, life changes/adjustment disorders and women’s issues. As a former collegiate athlete and coach, she brings understanding and knowledge to those clients involved in athletics and experiencing stress or overwhelm as well.
Working closely with the clinical director, Meghan uses a variety of techniques to provide the best possible treatment for her clients. These include Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Rogerian/Client-Centered/Humanistic and Strengths-Based.
