Counseling Works is a practice is composed of highly credentialed Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Our therapists offer individual, family, and marital/couples therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
Counseling Works is seeking a therapist (LCPC, LCSW, OR PSYCHOLOGIST) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible, part-time schedule (15 hours min.) Flexibility in working evenings and Saturdays.
At least 1-2 years of experience post-licensure is REQUIRED . LCPCs, LCSWs, and Licensed Clinical Psychologists will be considered. Experience conducting individual, couples, and family therapy with children, adolescents, and adults with a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques is desired. We are looking for a clinician that is warm, empathic, and has the ability to build strong relationships with their clients. We seek someone who is sensitive to working with clients from a a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
•Collaborative effort in securing new referrals
•A medical biller to coordinate benefits/eligibility and submit claims
•A receptionist who answers calls and schedules intake appointments
•Monthly group case consultation
•Retirement account with up to 2% company matching
•Supportive team environment
•Comfortable office space
• Active State of Illinois license as an LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, Psy.D/Ph.d
•Available to work 15 hours per week or more
•Minimum 3 years post independent licensure
•Paneled with BCBS a plus
•Prior private practice experience is a plus
•Couples counseling specialty ideal (certification not required but training in Gottman Method, EFT, Imago or RLT highly preferred)
