Professional Background & Approach
With five years of experience in the mental health field, she uses a range of evidence-based approaches, including:
Caroline focuses on compassion, empathy, and collaboration, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and in control. “I want my clients to know this is a nonjudgmental and safe space where they are supported, heard, and in control of the process,” she shares.
When helping clients cope with anxiety, she uses CBT and DBT techniques to build practical skills for managing stress in everyday life. For clients experiencing life transitions, she works collaboratively to explore challenges and identify strategies that feel achievable. With LGBTQ+ clients, she provides gender-affirming care, supporting them as they navigate experiences unique to their identities while feeling fully seen and understood.
When she’s not in session, Caroline loves dancing, singing, and taking walks with her new puppy. If she could switch careers for a day, she would be a singer.
