Balancing career and motherhood can feel like a brutal combination at times. You put pressure on yourself to excel in your career and to be highly effective in your work, yet you also feel a deep desire and duty to be emotionally and physically present with your family.

The competing demands of these roles can often leave working moms feeling spread thin, which ultimately leads to burnout and chronic overwhelm. This can often show up as often oscillating between feeling anxious or energetically depleted.

  • Always tired and fatigued
  • Mom guilt and feeling like you’re failing to be present with your kids
  • You want to be effective at work but also are struggling with work expectations

Jareen is a mother, yoga teacher, and holistic therapist who gets it. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 14 years of experience and training in trauma-informed care, bringing both professional expertise and real-life experience navigating the intersection of career and family.

  • Identity exploration to help you remember who you are underneath burnout
  • Cognitive & mindset work to address unhelpful thinking patterns, perfectionism, and acknowledge the impact of toxic societal expectations and influences
  • Somatic interventions & embodied self-care to address the stress held in your body on a nervous system level

Jareen aims to empower women in creating a life that feels meaningful and intentional versus simply “pushing through.”

Outside of work Jareen enjoys spending time outdoors and finding new adventures with her children, date nights with her husband, attending yoga & wellness events, practicing slow living, live music venues, and fun girls nights with friends.
