You’re the one everyone else leans on – the friend who mediates, the partner who holds it together, the woman who takes care of everyone before herself. Maybe you’re also quietly carrying something few people talk about: the toll of trying to conceive, month after month, with no one really asking how you’re doing. You deserve a space where that gets to be the focus.
That’s where Sarah Rosero comes in.
Sarah works with clients navigating relationship issues, women’s wellness, and fertility challenges, with additional experience in anxiety, depression, and divorce. She offers support to children through adults, with individual, couples, and family sessions. Sarah is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University.
Her approach is person-centered – the client leads, and Sarah is there as a steady, attentive presence, drawing on Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, and Strengths-Based approaches. “I’m willing to sit and listen for as long as a client needs,” she says. “Sometimes clients need to talk through their thoughts out loud to process them, and I’m willing to give them the space and time to do so.”
Sarah brings a personal understanding to her work with fertility challenges, having navigated infertility herself for five years. “I hope to walk through the challenge with my clients,” she says, “as they navigate what may be the toughest aspect of conception.” She has always been drawn to relationship work – helping people navigate both romantic and platonic conflicts by hearing all perspectives and guiding each person toward their own clarity.
Outside the therapy room, Sarah was born and raised in Canada until age 18, has moved around throughout her life, and counts Colorado Springs as her favorite place. If she could switch careers for a day, she’d be a wedding planner as she loves a good gathering.
