Amanda is a warm, down-to-earth therapist who specializes in individual therapy for adults (18+) and couples navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, mood disorders, and veterans’ mental health. She’s passionate about supporting people who feel stuck in old patterns and want to better understand and rewrite their story.
Amanda holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Governors State University and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). Her professional background includes three years in intensive residential substance use treatment, equipping her with deep insight into addiction recovery and co-occurring mental health issues.
