Meet Sim Singh, a Counseling Associate providing individual and couples therapy for teens, young adults, and adults. With a deep interest in supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges, Sim creates a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration and growth. She also works with women navigating wellness concerns and individuals exploring identity, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. Sim is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University, with a minor in Religious Studies.
Sim draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to help clients manage stress, improve relationships, and build resilience. Her client-centered style focuses on being fully present and supportive, making space for clients to explore emotions and discover new ways forward, even during difficult moments.
Sim’s takes care to provide a culturally sensitive environment where clients can feel safe bringing their full selves to therapy. Having experienced the healing power of therapy herself, she is dedicated to offering that same compassionate support to her clients.
Outside of therapy, Sim enjoys attending concerts to unwind. She is fluent in Punjabi, loves to travel, and if she could switch careers for a day, she would be a travel photographer—combining her passion for travel and photography into an exciting adventure.
