Colleen O’Sullivan, RDN, LDN

Eating Disorders, Weight Stability, Health at Every Size, IBS, GERD, Celiac Disease, Food Allergies/Intolerances, Type 1 & 2 Diabetes.

Counseling Works offers nutritional assessments, medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in our Frankfort or Naperville office. Our Registered Dietitian, Colleen works with children, adolescents, and adults to offer customized care.

Colleen’s goal is to show all clients how to have peace with food through practical approaches. With experience with eating disorders and general nutrition, Colleen can help fill the nutritional gap between mind, body, and soul.

Areas of interest include; Eating Disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, and Diabulimia), weight stability, women’s nutrition, adolescent nutrition, Health at Every Size, IBS, GERD, Celiac Disease, Food Allergies/Intolerances, Type 1 and 2 Diabetes.

We know that there is a lot of stress related to COVID-19. On the national and local levels, there is a great deal of uncertainty, misinformation, and fear. It’s no surprise that many people are at home now really taking a closer look at their lives – the good, the bad, and the ugly. If you finally have the time to get to know yourself and make progress, we’re here to walk with you on that journey.

If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or an increased sense of overwhelm during this time, know that you’re not alone. Counseling Works is here to support our communities through this time – We are currently accepting new clients, and for your safety and ours, we’re adjusting our scheduling to offer online therapy sessions to ensure we provide continuous service and support in the healthiest setting.
