Danielle views counseling as a collaborative and supportive process in which she helps clients navigate through life’s challenges, stressors, and transitions. In counseling relationships, she strives to foster a non-judgmental and safe environment to help clients build their internal capacity and resiliency.
Danielle’s counseling approach is based on improved self-awareness coupled with empowerment to find effective solutions to manage big emotions and overcome difficulties. She believes that, working with a therapist can help you to establish new, healthy ways of coping to reach your goals. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in finding a client’s individual strengths to facilitate well-being and client collaboration to help you successfully reach your goals for real change. Some of the techniques Danielle uses that you may have heard of include: Strengths-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Danielle attended Loyola University in Chicago and graduated with a Masters Degree in Education in 2020. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
