Stacey is committed to improving the mental health and overall well-being of her clients by empowering them to make positive and meaningful changes in their life. Making the decision to begin therapy can be scary and takes a great deal of courage, but Stacey is here when you’re ready to get started.

Stacey strives to provide a safe and supportive environment that allows her clients to feel comfortable beginning their healing process. Stacey’s treatment approach is a collaborative one that focuses on clients’ strengths and goals. Her goal is for clients to leave therapy feeling empowered with the insight and tools they need to allow them to thrive in life. Understanding that the client is the expert on their life, Stacey meets each client where they are and tailors her approach to the client’s unique needs. She uses a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods, with an emphasis on the following approaches you may have heard about:

  • Person-Centered Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Additionally, Stacey has completed the level 1 Gottman training for work with couples.

Stacey accepts both insurance and self-pay clients. Please contact us to learn more about fees. Stacey can file with the following insurance plans: BlueCross BlueShield PPO, Aetna, Optum/ United Behavioral Health, plus self-payment.
