Hannah is an empathetic, solution-focused therapist who has experience working with anger management, relationship issues, and parenting concerns. She has worked with adolescences and adults in a variety of therapeutic settings, residential, inpatient and crisis centers. Hannah believes that every individual is doing the best they can with the information they’ve been given. Her goal is to help empower the client to accomplish their goals by creating a safe space to grow.
Hannah enjoys using experiential techniques with clients, using hands-on activities and games to create an interactive therapeutic experience. She has been formally trained in Reality Therapy/ Choice Theory and has experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction( MBSR) and Play Therapy. Hannah’s therapeutic style is compassionate, humorous and direct. She knows that therapy is hard work and she is willing to work hard with you.
