Rachel Pollock is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who provides individual therapy for clients ranging from teens (12-17) to older adults (65+). She specializes in treating anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, OCD, stress management, trauma and PTSD, and schizophrenia/psychosis. With a compassionate and strengths-based approach, Rachel integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Strengths-Based practices to create personalized treatment plans for her clients.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work. She brings over six years of experience from her work in crisis settings, including a domestic violence shelter and psychiatric hospital. In these roles, she led DBT and CBT group therapy for a range of populations and developed her own strengths-based interventions to help clients engage meaningfully in their healing process. Her work with individuals in both group and one-on-one settings has sharpened her ability to create a warm, safe space where clients feel supported and heard.
Rachel’s therapeutic approach is centered on helping clients gain new perspectives, build resilience, and tap into their inner strengths. Whether you’re managing anxiety, adjusting to life changes, or working through past trauma, Rachel is dedicated to guiding you toward greater emotional well-being.
